All electronic
products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the shipping date. At its option, Bird-X will
either replace or repair the defective unit. |

performance guarantee?

If
the customer is not satisfied with the performance of an electronic unit, within 30 days
from the shipping date, it may be returned at the customer's expense, for credit (less
shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee). Written authorization and a returned goods
authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained from Bird-X, Inc. |

Household ammonia used full-strength is inexpensive and available in food stores. We
recommend you try ammonia first.
Some people report that laundry bleach used full-strength is especially effective in
