TYPE B RETURN
If you order the wrong item or over-order and wish to return part of an order we will refund 100% of the cost of the product minus a 15% restocking fee but will not be able to refund you the freight. You also will need to pay the freight back to us.

To qualify for a 100% or 85% refund for either of the above, the product must be returned in a marketable condition and in its original packaging.

All intended returns (RMAs) should be notified to us by telephone or email within 5 days of receipt of the goods.  We will issue you with an RMA # which should be displayed on the outside of the package and on a note inside the package with a short reason for the return.

Please use a registered shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX which provide a means of tracking the shipment.

Special order items are non-returnable - a special order item is one that you cannot order directly from the site. For example, an item where you have to work with a customer service representative to get it designed or customized for your application.
