Scoot® Deer provides the incentive for deer to munch on other trees and
shrubs besides your ornamentals. It works on the principal that the deer choose food that
does not taste like hot sauce.
The principle behind Scoot® Deer is training the deer to stay away. We attribute this
formula's success to the deer's intelligence in associating discomfort with his activities
and immediate area. This association can be immediate and in other cases it could take
several days. For best results follow the tips below.
Dear,
O Dear, I'm outta here!
Tips for use:
Maximum results: Identify deer's favorite feeding
and hiding spots. Spray a heavy coat of Identify deer's favorite feeding
and hiding spots. Spray a heavy coat of Scoot® Deer on area
and all paths to area including shrubs, the deer's eating spot, and grassy areas. Active
ingredients in solution irritates deer's senses and the unharmed deer will find another
feeding and hiding spot.
Longevity: Apply Scoot® Deer
around the target food (the spot you definitely want
them to stay away from) and the actual target food. Scoot® Deer is
microencapsulated and gives you a time-release protection, so day 15 is just as effective
as day one. The microencapsulating process makes Scoot® Deer water resistant so it will be effective
after several waterings and/or rain. This makes Scoot® Deer not only
unique but a great value. New formula is active for up to 30 days and is water resistant.
High deer population area: Deer competing for food take longer to train to stay
away. Be persistent. The greater the demand for food the greater your consistent treatment
is needed.
*Scoot® Deer is manufactured from food grade capsaicin pepper.
What makes Scoot® Deer unique is the addition of castor oil (USP grade)
so, instead of having to reapply the product every one or two days, you get protection up
to four weeks.
